Hi! My name is Bree and I teach yoga with a focus on flow, breathwork, and mindful concentration. I endeavour to highlight the importance of finding a balance between effort and ease, both on and off the mat. I am passionate about yoga as a moving meditation that connects the body, mind, and soul through dynamic movement, breath, and play.
